1. Auction Bidding & Vehicle Sourcing Contracts

Axeion Cars UK Ltd acts as your authorized agent for sourcing executive and luxury vehicles from premier global auto auctions:

• An initial refundable bidding deposit is required prior to placing bids on any auction lot.
• Auction condition sheets are translated 1-on-1 by our professional inspectors. While we verify all grade reports, auction grades are subjective assessments provided by auction houses.
• Once a bid is successful, the vehicle purchase contract is legally binding, and the deposit becomes non-refundable as funds are committed to overseas logistics.

2. Pricing, UK IVA Compliance & DVLA Registration

Unless explicitly quoted as FOB port, all vehicle prices include:

• UK Customs Duty & VAT clearance (HMRC NOVA notification).
• Full UK IVA (Individual Vehicle Approval) testing, fog light conversion, and MPH speedometer recalibration.
• First DVLA V5C registration and 12-month MOT certificate.
• Payment of the final remaining balance is required prior to vehicle handover or VIP enclosed transport delivery.

3. Warranty Coverage & Part-Exchange Valuations

All UK showroom vehicles come backed by our standard 6-Month White-Glove Warranty package:

• Extended 12, 24, or 36-month warranties are available through our UK main dealer repair network.
• Part-exchange valuations are subject to physical inspection at our London Mayfair or Surrey showrooms.

4. FCA Finance Disclaimers

Axeion Cars UK Ltd is authorized and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). We act as a credit broker, not a lender. Finance is subject to status and income. Written quotations available upon request.
